Brief

Brand and website for anti-consultancy Fishbird.

Solution

Fishbird coaches teams and leaders to enable their true potential. We worked with their founding team to build a brand and digital platform that captures the essence of the Fishbird experience.

In harmony with Fishbird’s philosophy, the website and communication tools we created ask questions rather than reveal answers. Our approach to typography and the site experience is rooted in spontaneity, nostalgia and the unexpected, channeling Fishbird’s goal to rewire the inherited thinking of their participants.

In addition to the brand identity and website design, we also worked with Fishbird on a comprehensive strategic engagement that explored possibilities of long-term goals for their brand. We developed a thorough guide that included a community lexicon in addition to providing a value-aligned mission statement, process diagrams, and a maintenance plan for bringing the work to life.
